This policy foundation requires owner and legal review before commercial launch. It describes the intended service boundaries, not a claim of legal compliance.
Inquiries and coaching records
Information you submit is used to review your inquiry and, if you become a client, support your coaching. Do not include detailed medical information in an initial inquiry. Private coaching records are separate from public marketing content.
Account cookies and providers
Account cookies keep you signed in. Sign out when using a shared device. The application uses Supabase for authentication, data, and storage, Vercel for hosting, and Resend for configured email delivery. Provider terms and retention settings require owner review.
Optional marketing and testimonials
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from service communication. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing messages. Testimonials and media require recorded permission before public use; publication permission may be withdrawn.
Requests about your information
Reply to your coaching contact to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. The owner must confirm the response process and applicable retention obligations before launch. No automated deletion promise is made here.
